Animation - a Powerful Tool for Communication.

BTL has already invested heavily in promoting its corporate values through posters, pamphlets, and meetings. However, animation provides a uniquely powerful way to convey messages – its visual storytelling is more engaging, memorable, and emotionally impactful than static materials. It allowed us to place corporate values in real-world contexts, illustrating clear, relatable examples through storytelling rather than just stating abstract principles. By immersing employees in a narrative, we created a stronger, more personal connection to BTL’s values.

A Fresh, Youthful, and Authentic Style.

We wanted the animation to reflect a modern, positive, and inspiring workplace. Our approach was to make everything feel youthful and fresh, capturing the energy of an ideal work environment. To ensure authenticity, every design element in the animation was inspired by actual BTL spaces and branding – from the colors, uniforms, and workstations to the round table in the office. Our goal was to create a world that felt inviting and aspirational, without being sterile or overly corporate. Our superstar illustrator, Stella, played a crucial role in bringing this world to life. She meticulously illustrated an environment that not only looked beautiful but also reflected an ideal, dream-like workspace – a place where employees feel valued, motivated, and connected.

It was important that these videos didn’t just showcase corporate buzzwords but truly demonstrated BTL’s values in action. We illustrated concepts like equality, diversity, and positive leadership in a way that felt natural and inspiring. Rather than simply stating these values, we put them into real workplace scenarios – showing how they manifest in daily interactions and influence company culture. Through this approach, we ensured that the values weren’t just abstract ideals, but deeply ingrained principles that guide BTL’s workforce every day.
